head off on an epic solo road trip to explore some new coastline of New Zealand for Spearfishing. I am greeted with incredible conditions with flat calm seas and clear, blue water. I find a very fishy piece of coast and manage to spear some huge Snapper, one close to the magic 20-pound mark and spear a nice big Yellowtail Kingfish along with some tasty other species such as John Dory!

Amazing overnight camping in Northland, New Zealand hunting big Kingfish (Yellowtail). We head out at sunrise on the hunt for our first Kingfish for the season and get lucky on some very nice fish!
